LCSI respects the privacy of our clients and customers. We gather data only to substantiate orders and requests. We never sell, lease, lend, or otherwise share our lists.
REFUND POLICY
We will replace any product or portion of a product which is received in damaged condition or which was inadvertently ordered more than once. We do not refund payments nor grant credits for products that are returned for any other reason. Our education and training services are accurately described on our site, and we are always happy to provide additional insights if you call us at (972) 690-1131.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of a seminar will receive full credit of all payments made toward any other public seminar offered by LCSI during the next three months (90 days). Cancellations received within two weeks (14 days) of the start of a seminar will receive credit of all payments made (less a $50 rescheduling fee) toward any other public seminar offered by LCSI during the next three months (90 days). Cancellations received within one week (7 days) of the start of a seminar will receive credit of all payments made (less a $100 rescheduling fee) toward any other public seminar offered by LCSI during the next three months (90 days).
